AIG
Opportunity
Nearly 16 years following its acquisition of Sun America, AIG proceeded to finalize its brand conversion at the Warner Center Towers in Woodland Hills, where Tyko had been the signage maintenance vendor. As we had serviced the location for over a decade prior, there was no other vendor more knowledgeable or qualified to complete the rebranding.

2 Sets – 12-Foot Face Lit Letters Mounted on Steel Brackets
Solution
The project consisted of removing 2 sets of letters from the 415-foot skyscraper and replacing with 2 sets of 12-foot letters assembled on an even larger backer. Due the scale of the letters, the entire sign had to be built in sections and supported by a fabricated steel frame over the course of 4 weeks. Once on site, the crew of 5 technicians mounted the frame to the all-glass façade, and installed and wired the signs over the course of 2 weeks.
Result
The new high rise sign signified a huge milestone for the financial services behemoth and one of the city’s largest employers.
