The Dream Hotel Group established The Dream as part of a long-term plan to revitalize the Hollywood skyline and nightlife of the entertainment capital of the world. In conjunction with the prestigious development firm The Relevant Group, the hospitality firm expressed a need for vibrant colors on all of the signage and lighting elements throughout the property. Tyko was enlisted to bring that vision to life.

Solution
Originally, the plans called for different colored neon lighting to round all the window openings of the façade in a colorful accent to the 2 sets of letters bearing the hotel name. Our team took the idea and introduced cost-efficiencies with more options by implementing flexible LED fixtures with a wireless RGBW control.
Result
Tyko Sign Group facilitated all logistics involved and worked closely with the construction teams to help unveil the spectacular 178-room hotel along with 5 major restaurants and nightlife venues for the Dream Hollywood development.
