The Palisades Village
Opportunity
The Palisades Village opened in 2018 with the intent of creating a community-centric commercial shopping center for the affluent suburb of Los Angeles. Caruso, the land development firm responsible for the project, designed the space to blend into the mid-century modern architecture that line the homes on the same block. When it came time to lease the tenant spaces, their sign criteria called for minimalism and simplicity, allowing only a select marquee tenants to have illuminated signage to reduce the light pollution.
