Tyko Sign Group was initially approached in 2017 to fabricate and install the signature “N” as a 15-foot brushed aluminum letter for a promotional event in Beverly Hills. Tyko’s thorough due diligence and expedited turnaround allowed for a successful launch and impressed Netflix’s branding and construction teams. This paved the way for the partnership as the company made its permanent move to Hollywood and relied on our capabilties to assist with branding.

Face Lit Fabricated Trim Cap Letters
Solution
Tyko worked diligently with the Netflix team to bring their vision to life. After multiple design iterations, we fabricated two sets of five-foot face illuminated letters to be installed 180 feet high on a prominent Sunset Boulevard building. As with any high rise project, installation challenges are expected – from proper engineering to safely securing the swing stages. Our extremely professional account executives and project managers coordinated the install within landlord and city restrictions, a tight timeline, and during a record-breaking heat wave.
Result
Using both 30-foot scaffolds and swing stages, Tyko’s veteran field services team successfully unveiled the Netflix logos on two Hollywood high rises. Tyko has since been their trusted partner for new tenant improvements and sign servicing contracts across dozens of properties.
