When it came to manufacturing a monument for a Class A office building in Pasadena, Tyko came up with a pedestrian friendly design that allowed for easy tenant change-outs as new leases were secured. Tyko handled everything down to the structural engineering that was required for the underground parking garage to withstand the weight of the new sign.
Ongoing Projects
In 2017, when Univision rebranded, CBRE referred their tenant to Tyko to guide them through the process of replacing signage with close proximity to a major interstate highway and airport. Through extensive due diligence and code research, we provided the client a set of options to streamline decision-making and find a brand fit.
